The XST-GM-SV-DIP6-010D is a digital output differential pressure sensor composed of MEMS piezoresistance pressure sensor chip and special signal conditioning chip.The ASIC includes the 24-bit Sigma-Delta ADC, the OTP memory, and the interface circuits.Pressure calibration and temperature compensation shall be achieved by an external microcontroller.Each module is compensated with a linear checksum temperature, so that its voltage output signal is linearly proportional to the input pressure, and it is not affected by the operating temperature
