The 9700 ceramic shell series thermal protector uses bimetallic sheets with a certain geometric shape, without the need for auxiliary mechanisms. It relies solely on the self sensing temperature and current thermal effect of the bimetallic sheets to quickly change the state of the bimetallic components, directly driving the contacts to automatically cut off and connect the circuit, providing overheating and overload protection.
